I have some major adware / spyware on my computer a trojan. Please help!?

I do not know how it got there as I have McAfee virus material …. because I really need the name or register for a removal program excellent. I tried all the top name free software online and so far nothing everything is really biting in the bud. Can anyone help? I apologize for the typo – meant "but I need the name or registration"
