Adware and Spyware Removal help?

As is 135threats YH and need them removed. I have tried downloadin software like Spyware Doctor and a program called Spyware / Adware but they dont work only scan and not remove infections so does anyone know where I can download for free, you really work? I think it's still slow on my team Cuz I jus recently had more of memory installed and my computer is very fast and shutin down and restartin Wen everythin But it's the Internet, takes too long to load the page and its not my internet cuz i got high speed internet and other equipment that is faster, but I realized if I'm listenin music online freezes much and pages load at Sumtimes wen says that is loaded in the bottom error on the page or sumthin like that …

I have used AVG Anti Virus, Zone Alarm Firewall, Spy-bot Search and Destroy and Ad Aware both spyware murderers for years. They are all free for personal use and I had no problems with viruses trojans, etc. AVG does not slow the system down as much as some other products and Zone Alarm allows a lot of personal configuration unlike the Windows Firewall. They can be downloaded of http://www.download.com/ also use Windows Defender from the Microsoft site. Is it safe to use two anti-spy products but never use more than one A / V, because it can cause conflicts. You must run the A / V and anti spy weekly. Hope this helps
